Refund policy

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:

Return Conditions:

• Items can be returned for Store Credit within 30 days of purchase.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• No restocking fee
• $6.00 flat rate return shipping
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
• Please note that hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) cannot be returned once opened.
• For defective items, please email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement for any defective items.

Store Credit Process:

• Upon receiving and confirming that the returned item(s) meet the conditions above, we will issue the purchase price (minus any discounts applied, excluding the original delivery charges to a store credit gift card).
• Please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.

• Please create an Rebel Romance customer account to access your store credit.

Return Shipping Instructions:

1. Start your return in the self serve return center or you can contact us if you would like help starting the return.
2. Ship the item back to us.
   
3. Returns must be delivered to us within 45 days from the date of order.

International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for return postage, and a prepaid return label cannot be provided.
