Returns & Exchanges
We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund (please contact us and we will provide you with an exchange or store credit option for final sale items that you would like to return.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
- Please note that hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) cannot be returned once opened.
- For defective items, please email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement for any defective items.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and confirming that the returned item(s) meet the conditions above, we will refund the purchase price, excluding the original delivery charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
- Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Email us at sales@rebelromanceshop.com to notify us that you'll be returning an item.
- Ship the item back to us at the following address: Rebel Romance, 7025 County Rd 46A, Suite 1071-368, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
- We will email a prepaid return shipping label to the email address associated with the order. Please note that an $8 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for return postage, and a prepaid return label will not be provided.
