Return/Exchange Policy

Full priced items are eligible for return within 30 days and exchange within 60 days. Returned items may have a restocking fee or be refused if not returned in new condition with all tags attached, free from damage/wear/wash. Defective items must have a notification sent to us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be offered for defective items.

The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.

A pre-paid label is offered for exchanges and returns on USA orders. It is free to make an exchange or return and the label is provided free of charge for USA orders. Internationals orders are responsible for return postage.

Unfortunately, there are no exchanges, credits or refunds on SALE items.
