Shipping & Delivery (All items are shipped from the USA)

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and securely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery processes:

Shipping is $5.95. Free Shipping for USA addresses when you order $100 or more.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and shipping out your order. (Pre-orders have a different ship time).

Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is important to us. All orders are dispatched in unmarked outer boxes or poly mailers. Only an address label with the return store name and address will be visible.

Sales Tax: Please note that sales tax is applicable for orders delivered to addresses in Florida.

Estimated Delivery Times for USA Shipping Options:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-8 days
  
• UPS Ground: 1-5 days (varies by location)

International Delivery:

We are currently shipping with USPS and DHL. Large orders will have an additional 4 day transit time added to the delivery estimate for international customers.

For our international customers, please be aware that customs duties/taxes may be due upon arrival at your country's customs office. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any duties/taxes and tax collection fees that may apply. Packages that are left unpaid at customs or returned to sender for non payment of taxes/duties will not be refunded.

Once you place an order and the payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Multiple fulfillment methods may be required. In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of purchase. No credit card refunds will be issued.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
• Please note that hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) cannot be returned once opened.
• For defective items, please email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement for any defective items.

Store Credit Process:

• Upon receiving and confirming that the returned item(s) meet the conditions above, we will issue the purchase price (minus any discounts applied, excluding the original delivery charges to a store credit gift card).
• Please allow 2 business days for the return to be processed.

• Please create an Rebel Romance customer account to access your store credit.

Return Shipping Instructions:

1. Email us at sales@rebelromanceshop.com to notify us that you'll be returning an item so that we can open a return request on your order.
2. Ship the item back to us.
3. A prepaid shipping label will be provided and the postage cost will be deducted from the credit. Label return cost is free.
4. Returns must be delivered to us within 45 days from the date of order.

International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for return postage, and a prepaid return label cannot be provided.
