Tracking Your Order:

All our orders are sent using a trackable service. To check the delivery status, visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking reference provided in the dispatch confirmation email. You can also log into your Rebel Romance account to monitor your order's delivery progress.

Our Location:

We are based in and ship from Lake Mary, Florida, USA.

Import Duties:

For customers outside of the United States, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These fees are necessary for the release of your order from customs. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on specific rates, as they vary by country. Please consult your local post office services for more information.

US Sales Tax:

We collect sales tax for orders delivered to the following state: Florida.

Checkout:

Your credit card or bank statement will display a charge from REBELROMANCE.

Sign-up Discount:

After signing up for our newsletter or emails, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. Once your account is activated, use the discount code on your first order.

Pre-orders:

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item that will be specially crafted for you. Your pre-ordered item will be shipped when it becomes available. Pre-orders typically ship in 2-3 weeks.

Gifts & Packing Slips:

For US orders, shipments do not include pricing details. A packing slip without pricing is included. International orders will have a customs form on the outside but no pricing on the packing slip inside.

Gift Cards:

GIFT CARDS: Not Refundable, Not Returnable, and Not for Resale

Except where required by law, Gift Card may not be returned for cash refund, exchanged or transferred for value, redeemed for cash, applied as payment on any account, or resold and will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used without authorization.
