Return/Exchange Policy

Items are eligible for return within 30 days or exchange within 60 days. Returned items may have a restocking fee or be refused if not returned in new condition with all tags attached, free from damage/wear/wash/smells. Defective items must have a notification sent to us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be offered for defective items.

The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

International orders are responsible for return postage and a prepaid label is not available.
