All orders ship from our USA store in Heathrow, Florida or our USA warehouse.
We dispatch orders in a discreet outer box or polymailer with only an address label visible with return store name and address.
Orders ship in 1-2 business days (business days Monday-Friday and excluding holidays). Sizes which are out of stock are available for backorder. Backorders will take approximately 14 days to dispatch.
Sales tax is required for addresses in Florida and is included in the price.
Countries outside of the USA may have customs duties/taxes due upon arrival to customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duties/taxes due as well as any tax collection fees.
If you order several items with different handling times, all items will ship by the last handling time or may ship separately.
Visit the return center to start a return/exchange
Full priced items are eligible for return within 30 days and exchange within 30 days. Returned items may have a restocking fee or be refused if not returned in new condition with all tags attached, free from damage/wear/wash. Defective items must have a notification sent to us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be offered for defective items.
The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
A pre-paid label is offered for exchanges on USA orders. It is free to make an exchange and the label is provided free of charge for USA orders. International orders are responsible for return postage. Returns are charged return shipping from the refund if you use the label offered.
Unfortunately, there are no exchanges, credits or refunds on SALE items.
