All orders ship from Lake Mary, Florida USA.

We dispatch orders in a discreet outer box or poly mailer with only an address label visible with return store name and address.

Sales tax is required for addresses in Florida.

Countries outside of the USA may have customs duties/taxes due upon arrival to customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duties/taxes due as well as any tax collection fees.

Return/Exchange Policy

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Defective items must have an email sent to us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be offered for defective items. 

All sale product, hosiery and panties are final sale.

The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card or payment type of the purchaser. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Please send an email to let us know you are returning an item and ship the item back to us at Rebel Romance 7025 County Rd 46A Suite 1071-368 Lake Mary, FL 32746. If you would like a prepaid return shipping label to print please let us know and we will email one to you. The prepaid label cost deducted is the $5 return postage cost from USPS.

International orders are responsible for return postage and a prepaid label is not available.
