    SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES
    You can view the shipping time on the product page by selecting the size you would like to order and the handling time will show above the product's price. If you group several items together in one checkout they will all ship by the latest handling time selected. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

    USA delivery time once shipped is 2-5 days
    International delivery time once shipped is 2-4 weeks (depends on customs and there are delays right now due to worldwide shutdowns)

    DHL Express, USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx shipping is available upon request.

    All orders ship from the USA, locations are Florida, California, Texas and Colorado.

    We dispatch orders in a discreet outer box or poly mailer with only an address label visible with return store name and address.

    Sales tax is required for addresses in Florida.
    Countries outside of the USA may have customs duties/taxes due upon arrival to customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duties/taxes due as well as any tax collection fees.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    Items are eligible for return within 30 days or exchange within 60 days. Returned items may have a restocking fee or be refused if not returned in new condition with all tags attached, free from damage/wear/wash/smells. Defective items must have a notification sent to us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement will be offered for defective items.

    The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached.

     

    If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the original delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the item(s) back and have confirmed that the conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser. A refund will be issued within 7 business days.

     

    Please send an email to let us know you are returning an item and ship the item back to us at Rebel Romance 7025 County Rd 46A Suite 1071-368 Lake Mary, FL 32746. If you would like a prepaid return shipping label to print please let us know and we will email one to you ($3 cost deducted from refund).

     

    International orders are responsible for return postage and a prepaid label is not available.
